One simple license for every product: use it in unlimited personal and commercial projects — just don't resell the files.

1. Who this license is for

This license applies to every product you download from Zenmock — bought on its own, included in a bundle, downloaded with a Full Access Pass, or downloaded for free. "Files" means the downloadable source files (for example PSD mockups, fonts and graphics). "End product" means the work you create with the files, such as an image of your design shown in a mockup.

2. What you may do

  • Use the files in an unlimited number of personal and commercial projects, including work for your clients.
  • Create end products that you sell or that your client sells — for example advertising, packaging presentations, websites, apps, social media posts, printed items and videos.
  • Edit, crop, recolour and combine the files as much as you like.
  • Show your end products in your portfolio and online.

3. What you may not do

  • Sell, share, sublicense, give away or upload the original files (edited or not) so that others can download them.
  • Use the files, or parts of them, in products that compete with Zenmock — such as mockup templates, design templates, graphic packs or asset libraries offered to others.
  • Claim that you made the original files, or register them as your own trademark or design.
  • Use the files in a way that is illegal, defamatory or misleading.

4. Full Access Pass

A Full Access Pass lets you download every product that was published in the store until the end of your pass year ("new releases until" date shown in your account). Everything published during that time stays licensed to you for life under this license, even after the pass year has ended. Products published after that date are not included; you can buy them on their own or get a new pass.

5. Team seats

Each team seat is for one named person with their own account. Team members may use the files under this license for the same organisation. Files may not be passed on to people outside the team. When a seat is removed, that person can no longer download new copies.

6. Fonts and graphics

Fonts may be installed on the computers of the licensed user(s) and used for designs, logos, print and web images. Embedding a font in an app, game or e-book, or offering it as a web font on a website, requires that the font's own notes allow it — if in doubt, contact us before you publish. Graphics may be used as part of your designs but not sold as separate graphics.

7. Refunds and ending the license

If an order is refunded, the license for the refunded products ends and you must stop using the files in new projects. End products you already delivered before the refund may keep being used. If you break this license, it ends automatically.

8. Ownership

The files remain the property of their authors. This license gives you the right to use them; it does not transfer ownership.
