1. About these terms
These terms apply when you use the Zenmock website and buy or download products from it. The store is run by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME], [BUSINESS ADDRESS], [COUNTRY] ("we", "us"). By creating an account or placing an order you agree to these terms, the License, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy.
2. Your account
- You need a free account to download files. Give correct information and keep your password safe.
- You are responsible for what happens in your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.
- One account is for one person. Team access is available with Full Access team seats.
3. Purchases
- Prices are shown in US dollars on the product page and in the cart before you pay.
- Payments are processed by our payment provider. Depending on the provider, it may act as the seller of record (merchant of record) and handle sales tax or VAT for your order; any tax is shown before you pay.
- An order is complete when the payment is confirmed. You then receive a receipt by email and can download your files in your account.
- Coupons and sales can't be combined unless the checkout shows it, and can't be exchanged for cash.
4. Digital delivery
All products are digital downloads. There is no physical shipping. Files are available in Account → Downloads for as long as the store operates; please keep your own backup copy.
5. Full Access Pass
A Full Access Pass is a one-time payment, not a subscription, and does not renew automatically. Its details are described on the Full Access page and in the License.
6. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the website: no attempts to break security, scrape or mass-download files, share account access, resell files, or upload anything illegal. We may limit or close accounts that do.
7. Termination
You can delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. The license for products you paid for continues unless the order was refunded or the license was broken.
8. Liability
The products are provided "as is". We work hard to keep them accurate and working, but we can't promise they fit every purpose. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be excluded.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Important changes will be announced on the website or by email.
10. Governing law
